Tool 1: Creation and management of collections by year and by name (all types of documents folders) allowing a centralization of documents (personal, customers or suppliers) for an import tool or by (Drag and Drop) documents in the folders via the task bar (Drag and Drop).

Tool 2 : this tool allows the shipment of the created collections to a recipient or any other document present on the ’s workstation with the great advantage of being equipped a module with a large volume of documents to be sent (> 99 MB) per shipment, making this software both easy to use and powerful due to its functionalities.

Tool 3: Archiving and de-archiving tool for collections and other documents similar to Winzip and WinRar software.

Tool 4: FTP server transfer tool (Cloud) for backup and restoration of documents or archive on remote server (increased data protection).

Tool 5: tool for receiving emails with their attachments, similar to Outlook, this tool allows the reception of documents sent by correspondents.

COLLECTION works on XP, Vista, windows 7, 8 and 10 as well as on MAC (under Windows 7)
