Fomine NetSend is a package of two tools. The first NetSend.exe is a console application with a set of parameters similar to NET SEND (distributed with Microsoft Windows NT/2002/XP). But unlike NET SEND this application works with all versions of Windows. The second tool of NetSendGUI.exe has a simple and easy to use visual interface.
